GRIPEDGE Rounding Prevention Technology (R.P.T.) Hex bit sockets are engineered to outperform traditional hex tools. R.P.T. prevents the rounding of good fasteners and can also remove severely damaged fasteners. Featuring a distinct, patented, bi-directional design, it offers up to 50% more preventative torque on good fasteners than traditional tools and delivers up to 400% more torque on damaged fasteners. Damaged fasteners can be reused temporarily if a suitable replacement isn't available. Each bit is precisely crafted from S2 steel for increased strength and durability and is coated to enhance corrosion resistance. Additionally, all sockets feature large, easy-to-read, roll-stamped, and ink-filled size markings, while nickel chrome plating offers extra protection against corrosion.

    Would highly recommend. Worked great on removing set screws that was stripped on the rotors of my car. Plan on buying more in the future.

    Excellent quality and fast shipping

    I use these tools daily and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and precision of them. I am a professional heavy equipment mechanic and I know it can be difficult to navigate outside of the comfort zone as far as tools. So many claim to be as good as such and such etc. With the gripedge line up you don't have to worry. They are 10/10 excellent down to a well made holder for the sockets themselves.     Saved by the tool

    These bits saved me when several others wouldn’t and couldn’t. Tried several other methods to remove rounded out Allen head bolts holding a crankshaft pulley on. Bought some special reverse spiral hex bits that supposed to do the job that only made it worse. Purchased the Gripedge set and 30 minutes after receiving the package I had removed all of the rounded bolts without slippage of the bit. They worked perfectly for me and are well worth the price.
