Warranty Policy


GripEdge Tools warranties its products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects (at GripEdge Tools sole discretion). If during the tool's normal and intended use, the tool is found to have defects in manufacturing or workmanship, GripEdge will replace the tool with the same or similar product. 

The warranty does not cover damage to the tools caused by:

Misuse, improper use, tool abuse, tool modification, impact wrench use on non-impact rated tools, over-torquing tools, use outside of tools designed usage, or wear and tear. For Warranty claims please contact the original dealer where the tool was purchased. If you have exhausted the options available through the original approved GripEdge distributor, please fill in the warranty request form. If at GripEdge Tools sole discretion, the tool is deemed to be not covered under its warranty policy, GripEdge Tools at its sole discretion may offer a replacement excluding shipping costs. Only purchases made from GripEdge Tools authorized dealers are covered by GripEdge Tools Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Please note: GripEdge products purchased outside of the USA (50 states) are covered by Limited Lifetime Warranty. Shipping, handling and duties are not included and will be paid by the customer.

 The foregoing warranty is the full and only warranty offer, at no time or under any circumstance will GripEdge Tools be liable for any loss of income or damages caused.

The above limitation does not apply in states where the above warranty limitation is not allowed.

 The above warranty is the only warranty available from GripEdge Tools and no other warranty whether assumed, expressed, or implied is applicable. GripEdge Tools disclaims all other warranty and or warranty conditions.
